Alison Larard
BAgEcon, MBA, GAICD, 2018 Nuffield Scholar
An enthusiastic beef business specialist with a family interest in Limousin cattle, Alison’s career includes roles in finance, agricultural economics, financial counselling, succession planning, business management consulting, beef extension, and project management. After a stint in 2024 as CEO of Southern Gulf NRM, Alison has returned to her roots of financial counselling in FNQ.
Alison is focussed on making whole-of-business improvements for beef operations and lifting the bar for beef industry leadership. This is reflected in her committee positions on the RFCSNQ PMC (2016-2020) and Queensland Deputy Chair Nuffield Australia (2022-2023), and her passion for developing DAF’s Advancing Beef Leaders program (2020-current).
